In today’s podcast we are discussing how life in your 20s sets you up for infertility in your 30s and 40s. You may be listening as you are in your 30s or 40s trying to conceive and want to know what may have impacting your fertility. Perhaps things are not going as planned and your worried things you did in your 20s may be affecting you now, or you may be in your 20s or early 30s and are wondering if there are things you can do now to help you conceive in the future.
Now we know that people conceive in their 20s, and this podcast is in no way saying that having children at this point in your life is a bad thing, we are just looking at the things we do in our youth can impact our fertility in the future.
I will be talking about 5 points to consider if you are planning to conceive in the future, some you may already know, and some may be a shock to you.
